For this reason this company is looking for motivated Housekeeping Managers that are able to coach a large team between 30 and 60 housekeeping employees in 5* hotels in Amsterdam.

It depends for which hotel you are going to work for, but you will manage a large team between 30 and 60 employees. For you it is very important to be in control of productivity and hospitality and to create team building.
Over onze ideale kandidaat
- Bachelor level working experience.
- Education in Hospitality, Facility or hotelmanagement. Bachelor degree is an advantage.
- Working experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeping Manager.
- Hospitality DNA.
- Eye for detail.
- Flexible in working hours, also during the weekends.
- Teamplayer, able to coach and motivate a large multiculti team.
- Good communication skills in English and preferebly also in Dutch.
- Good computer skills.
As a Housekeeping Manager in a 4 or 5* hotel in Amsterdam, you are responsible for the whole Housekeeping department. You keep the department up and running. From the organization you are going to work for you get everything you need to manage your department. There are KPI's for quality, employee satisfaction and efficiency. This is an operational function and you are the first contact for your team and for the hotel you are going to manage the Housekeeping department for. You are able to manage a good relation with the hotel, our client. And you are able to manage the team with supervisors, Management trainees and room attendants. Furthermore you train your team, coach and keep your team. You are responsible for the planning and administration.
